nicelium™
Terms of Service
Effective date: April 2026
nicelium™ is an intelligent waste sorting system designed as architectural furniture. It is the intellectual property of SC AI FOR GOOD SRL, registered in Romania, Cluj-Napoca, Strada Salcâmului nr. 37A, Scara 1, Ap. 45, Județul Cluj, CUI50522035, J12/3003/2024 ("nicelium," "we," "the company").
These Terms govern access to and use of the nicelium™ website located at nicelium.com (the "Site"), including any contact forms, pilot reservation flows, data dashboards, or downloadable materials made available through it.
By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for professional use. It addresses architects, facility managers, sustainability officers, real estate developers, institutional procurement teams, and investors. Use by individuals acting in a personal consumer capacity is not the primary scope of this platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of the organization you represent.
You may access the Site to evaluate the nicelium™ system, submit a pilot reservation request, download technical or informational materials, and read published content from the nicelium™ Journal.
You may not: reproduce or redistribute Site content without written permission; reverse-engineer or extract product data for competitive purposes; submit false or misleading information through any Site form; use automated tools to scrape, index, or copy Site materials.
All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, system architecture documentation, design assets, data models, and the nicelium™ name and mark — is the exclusive property of SC AI FOR GOOD SRL or its licensors.
No license to any intellectual property is granted by access to the Site.
Information published on the Site reflects the current state of the nicelium™ system. Specifications, performance figures, and availability are subject to change. Submission of a pilot reservation request does not constitute a binding contract. Pilot eligibility, timing, and terms are confirmed separately in writing.
The nicelium™ system collects and processes sorting and material flow data from the physical unit installed at a client site. The nature, ownership, and processing terms of this operational data are governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement executed between nicelium™ and the client organization at the time of deployment. These Terms do not govern that data.
The Site is provided as-is. nicelium™ does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully current at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SC AI FOR GOOD SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on information published on the Site, or unauthorized access to data transmitted through the Site.
The Site may reference or link to external sources, press coverage, or partner platforms. nicelium™ does not control external content and assumes no responsibility for it.
nicelium™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca.
